Bio: Prior to joining Frank T. Hurley Associates in 2014, I was a business owner for ten years and a licensed CPA for the last 25 years.

While living in south Tampa for 22 years, I found myself spending most my spare time at St Pete Beach. Ten years ago I decided to take the plunge and buy a home here. I’ve always wanted to live at the beach and now I do. I'd be more than happy to assist you in doing the same.

Real estate and housing has always interested me. When my daughter was younger I would be driving around and stop into open houses. I loved it, she, not so much.

A great deal of my time is spend researching what is available on the market, foreclosures and upcoming auctions. I have assisted investors in locating their next flip.
